ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Department of Energy (DOE) Secretary Samuel W. Bodman will be at Sandia Thursday, Oct. 5, to make an announcement about Sandia’s roles in solid-state lighting and in national and energy security.
He will visit the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies (CINT) and the Cooperative Monitoring Center at Sandia’s International Programs Building (IPB). Bodman will make the announcement at IPB.
Bodman will be joined by Sens. Pete Domenici, R-N.M, and Jeff Bingaman, D-N.M., Rep. Heather Wilson, R-N.M., Sandia President and Labs Director Tom Hunter, and Los Alamos National Laboratory Director Michael Anastasio.
