March 6, 1998 • ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Ktech, an Albuquerque engineering and technology company, has been awarded a five-year $41.8 million contract to provide pulsed power technology support services to Sandia National Laboratories.

February 20, 1998 • ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Sandia National Laboratories contributed just over $973 million to the New Mexico economy during fiscal year 1997, ending Sept. 30, 1997 -- a 16-percent increase over the amount it contributed to the state's well being the year before.

February 18, 1998 • ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Sandia National Laboratories and SEMI/SEMATECH have entered into a cooperative research and development agreement (CRADA) aimed to improve the competitiveness of the U.S. semiconductor supplier industry and to support and nurture Sandia's technology base.
